Login to SentralUnderstanding the Sentral Parent Portal
The Sentral Parent Portal is an essential tool for accessing important school information. You can use the portal to:
- view daily notices, timetables and the school bulletin
- access school reports
- book in parent-teacher interviews
- notify student absences
You can access via the online portal login page or by downloading the app.
Creating an account
Parents receive login details and access codes via email. If you haven't received this email, contact the school to ensure the correct email is listed. Ensure school emails aren't filtered to the junk folder.
Registering and linking accounts
Click the 'register' link in the email to create an account. After logging in, paste the student access code from the email to link the student's account to yours.
Forgotten passwords
If you've forgotten your password, click 'forgotten your password' on the login screen. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Accessing information
After logging in, click on the student's photo. Access reports, timetables, and parent-teacher interviews from the sidebar under the dashboard.
Issues with access codes
If the access code for your child's account doesn't work, contact the school to reissue another code. Access codes for students are included in the initial register information email. If you have multiple students, multiple codes can be entered into the access code field to link them to a single parent account.
Keep the access code safe. It's required to access your child's school reports, communications and other sensitive information.
