Educating girls for a technological future
In 1989 our school was designated a technology high school. Since then, we have consistently embraced the use of technology for teaching and learning. Our vision is to 'Educate girls for a technological future.'
Bring your own device (BYOD) initiative
In 2011, our school identified the need for students to have increased access to technology. To address this, we introduced a bring your own device (BYOD) policy. This policy has has become an integral part of our school’s practice. Students from Years 7 to 12 now have 1:1 access to technology through the integration of iPads for learning. This initiative aligns with our school plan to:
- make learning relevant
- inspire creativity
- enhance collaboration
- enable every learner to be a creator who believes their work matters.

We are are committed to fostering a safe and responsible digital environment. It's important that students and their parents and carers understand digital citizenship. To ensure this, we run through regular digital workshops through Bankstown PCYC.
